Kastamonu Entegre, ‘innovation champion’

Kastamonu Entegre won the first-prize in the 'Innovation strategy' category at InovaLIG, Turkey's innovation development program run by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM).

The companies that stand out with their innovative approaches and achievements in the business world were awarded at InovaLIG, where Turkey's innovation champions were determined as part of Türkiye Innovation Week organized by the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM) for the 10th time this year. At the award ceremony held at the Haliç Congress Center, Kastamonu Entegre, the global brand of the wood-based panel industry, was awarded in the “Innovation Strategy” category. Being in the spotlight with its efforts in innovation and R&D, Kastamonu Entegre carried its success of ranking in the top three for three consecutive years to a further level with the first-prize.

Receiving the award from President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Kastamonu Entegre’s CEO Haluk Yıldız said, “As a company, we remain committed to innovation and sustainable development. This award is an indication of our company's superior innovation strategy and teamwork. We would like to thank the Turkish Exporters Assembly and the esteemed jury.”

Remarking that Kastamonu Entegre is proud to receive such a prestigious award on the 100th anniversary of the Republic, Yıldız said that their competitiveness in global markets relies on putting innovation at the core of their business culture and shared his views as follows:
