With this Privacy Policy, as Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (hereinafter “KEAS” or “Company”) in the capacity of the controller, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data. Within the scope of this Privacy Policy, it is aimed to enlighten our customers, suppliers, business partners, dealers, consultants and website visitors. Detailed information on personal data processed through cookies on the website is contained in the "Cookie Policy".

Your personal data can be processed under three different scopes, by way of creating a membership via KEAS Club, by filling out the Contact Form on our website and as part of the E-Newsletter Subscription. In this context, your personal data regarding your identity, contact, occupation, and information on operation are processed.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA

  1. Your personal data obtained within the scope of membership of the KEAS Club may be processed for the following purposes:
    • Execution of membership transactions within the website
    • Carrying out the process of getting to know KEAS Club members
    • Communication within the scope of marketing activities and sending commercial messages for the purpose of giving information
    • Planning and/or execution of product and/or service commitment processes
    • Notification of joint work with third party companies
    • Sending Catalog/Chart of our product and/or service
    • Collecting all marketing and visual work requests to be made

    • Exercising, planning and execution of all kinds of communication activities for all customers, non-customers and suppliers
    • Managing the process of evaluating requests and complaints
    • Sending all incoming requests and complaints to the relevant department, dealers or third-party companies for resolution and recording those requests and complaints and sharing the answers with the relevant people

  3. Your personal data obtained within the scope of E-Newsletter Subscription can be processed for the following purposes:

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data, depending on the nature of the activity, may be transferred to the program partner institutions and organizations from which we receive services or cooperate with, and to our suppliers in compliance with the legislation and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data are recorded in our systems of servers located in Turkey. Additionally, the program partner organizations we receive service from use Microsoft-based systems and as Microsoft servers are located abroad, your personal data is transferred abroad.

Your personal data obtained through the Contact Form may be shared with our dealers in case of a complaint regarding the quality of products or services.

METHODS AND LEGAL REASONS OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are collected and processed automatically through the information you provide on the website, based on the following legal compliance reasons.
