Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. considers people as its most valuable asset in all its activities. In order to create a continuous, safe and healthy working environment to the employees of our company producing various forestry products, managing all our risks being faced, fire at first, and minimizing all kinds of losses to come out are our main priority.

For this reason, we commit;

To comply with all applicable legislation related to occupational health and safety,

To consider any kind of new product, process and facility within the scope of occupational health and safety, starting from the project stage,

To determine and evaluate the risks that affect negatively the occupational health and safety with the cooperation of the employees, and to take the necessary measures in order to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases,

To develope systems that will minimize our losses in case of any accident or emergency that may occur during our activities,

To include our employees, contractors and guests in our health and safety practices, to be open to technological developments that will provide a safe working environment,

To have training activities continuously in order to improve occupational health and safety awareness,

To increase, audit and improve continuously its occupational health and safety performance.

In order to fulfill the commitments in this policy; Necessary precautions are taken by working in cooperation with our employees, interns, suppliers, contractors, and guests on business or visit purpose and a culture open to continuous improvement is created. In order for the system to be compatible with changing conditions, all our employees starting with our managers are responsible for taking and implementing the necessary measures in their fields of activity.
