With this Privacy Policy, as Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi (hereinafter “KEAS” or “Company”) in the capacity of the controller, we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data. Within the scope of this Privacy Policy, it is aimed to enlighten our customers, suppliers, business partners, dealers, consultants and website visitors. Your personal data can be processed under three different scopes, by way of creating a membership via KEAS Club, by filling out the Contact Form on our website and as part of the E-Newsletter Subscription. In this context, your personal data regarding your identity, contact, occupation, and information on operation are processed.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING THE PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data obtained within the scope of membership of the KEAS Club may be processed for the following purposes:
- Execution of membership transactions within the website
- Carrying out the process of getting to know KEAS Club members

Your personal data are recorded in our systems of servers located in Turkey. Additionally, the program partner organizations we receive service from use Microsoft-based systems and as Microsoft servers are located abroad, your personal data is transferred abroad.

Your personal data obtained through the Contact Form may be shared with our dealers in case of a complaint regarding the quality of products or services.
