Ensuring and Sustaining Occupational Health and Safety: To carry out a work system that prioritizes the general health of the employees, in line with the legal regulations on Occupational Health and Safety and the TS ISO 45001 standard, to effectively improve OHS practices according to technical developments and innovations,
Protection of Environment: To comply with the current environmental legislation and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements, to prevent and reduce environmental pollution at its source based on environmental dimensions and impact assessment, to use energy, water and other natural resources efficiently as a result of our continuous improvement efforts, to minimize our impact to the environment by applying environmentally friendly policies and standards, and to apply the principle of continuous improvement in this regard,
Prevention of Child Labor: Not to employ employees under the age of 18 within the framework of institutional respect for the protection of children and young workers from all kinds of abuse, their healthy development and right to education; to comply with the legislation on the procedures and principles of employing children and young workers,

Social Compliance Management System: To carry out social compliance policy and activities in an integrated manner with applicable laws and regulations, corporate code of conduct and other applicable management systems; to carry out continuous improvement activities and to review them periodically, to provide the financial, infrastructure, working environment and human resources needed for all these studies.
