Innovation School

The Innovation School aims not to create ideas but to nurture individuals prone to innovation. The School issues a general application announcement and recruits employees following a multi-aspect evaluation process.

At the School, our employees have the opportunity to experience basic innovation methods on a theoretical and applied basis and help solve a real-life problem or meet a customer need as part of their graduation project. They receive the title, “Innovation Ambassador” upon their graduation. 

The graduates of the Innovation School become an essential part of our company’s innovation system as they provide guidance in new projects by applying their newly acquired expertise and skills.
