Kastamonu has resumed dealer conferences

Kastamonu, the number one manufacturer of MDF and laminated flooring in Russia, while developing and strengthening its business relationships, had held 9 dealer conferences at the Yelabuga plant by July this year. In total, more than 20 such events are planned for this year.

The Kastamonu plant was opened on the Alabuga SEZ territory in Tatarstan in 2014. At present, the production capacity of MDF boards is 1.05 million m³, and laminate production is 45 million m² per year. With such indicators, Kastamonu has become the number one manufacturer of MDF and laminated flooring in Russia, as well as the largest European production facility located under one roof.

Kastamonu is rapidly developing and expanding its product range; it maintains close contacts with partners and invites them to its production to demonstrate each production process from the inside. In May 2024, Kastamonu resumed dealer conferences after a seasonal break. By July 2024, nine events had been successfully held, during which the plant was visited by more than 180 partners from different cities and regions of the Russian Federation, including representatives of OPUS TD, BC Center, Shelwood, and Uralservice, together with partners from Walenza Mebel, Greta, Mebelhuf, Rehau, representatives of MF Maria, MBK Ural, Alfa-Grey, Monarch, Bosphorus Group, Akant Group, Triada, Alpha Group, Aquadon, Rusroyal, and many others.

Traditionally, dealer conferences are held in Yelabuga, Tatarstan - the location of the Kastamonu production, on the Alabuga SEZ territory. The event program lasts 3 days and includes a business part and a cultural program. The main goal of these events is to develop partnerships, introduce dealers to production, expand the sales market, and strengthen brand image and awareness.

The highlight event of the conference is the dealer policy presentation and discussion of the most important issues of interaction in a round table format. The entire management team of the plant participates in the event. Current issues involve all participants in the discussion, the importance of joint planning is noted: from the negotiation stage to the shipment of finished products. Conference guests receive comprehensive information about the operation of the wood processing plant, logistics features, production technology, and quality control.

Great attention is paid to the cultural program, which contributes to bringing participants closer together, meeting in an informal setting, and discussing the information received. An excursion around the city is provided, with visits to the sights of Yelabuga, museums and exhibitions, a concert, and participation in creative master classes.

“The practice of regular dealer conferences allows us not only to quickly exchange information with partners and resolve any issues, but also to set goals for business success. We really appreciate such an opportunity. After all, the success of the enterprise lies in the joint, well-coordinated work of the manufacturer and partners!” the representative office employees of Kastamonu Russia comment.
