Kastamonu Entegre Special Education Primary and Secondary School Starts Education and Teaching in Balıkesir

The leading brand of the Turkish wood-based panel industry, Kastamonu Entegre supported an education project launched under the leadership of Balıkesir Governor’s Office, taking its mission of contributing to society and supporting sustainable development one step further. The Kastamonu Entegre Special Education Primary and Secondary School, which was built by Kastamonu Entegre and delivered to the National Education Directorate for the provision of education to students with special education needs, started education and teaching.

A strong future through inclusive education

The Kastamonu Entegre Special Education Primary and Secondary School, which started to be constructed in June 2023 and was completed in April 2024 and assigned to the National Education Directorate, began education with its first students in the academic year 2024-2025.

Built on two stories, the school has 13 classrooms, 7 observation rooms, a gymnasium, a dining hall and a practice house on the ground floor. Additionally, there are administrative rooms and student-parent observation rooms on the first floor.
