Notification for Personal Data Processing

Kastamonu Romania S.A., with registered seat at 37 Ierbus Str., city of Reghin, Mures County, registered at the Trade Register with no. J26/12/1991, tax code RO 1235668, pursuant to the legal provisions related to personal data processing, is hereby advising you on how your personal data will be processed.

The categories of personal data processed by Kastamonu Romania S.A. subsequent to your application submitted online (either by posting it directly on the company’s website or by submitting your CV via e-mail or by submitting it at the company’s office), for the purpose of carrying out the recruiting and selection process, are:

  • personal identification data, namely: last name, first name, address, date of birth, age, sex, telephone, e-mail;
  • personal data concerning educational and professional background, namely: graduated educational establishments, level of qualification/education, training/qualification/specialisation certifications acquired, information concerning previous employers, as well as the position and main duties;

We note that your personal data will be used in the company’s legitimate interest, in accordance with the legislation in force concerning personal data processing, solely for the purpose for which they were requested, they being protected against unauthorised access, and will not be submitted to third parties or transferred outside the European Economic Area. 

In accordance with the legislation in force concerning the use of your personal data, you have the following rights:

  • right to rectification – allows you to request correction / update / completion of your application (CV) data, based on a written request or in case of resubmission of your application;
  • right to withdraw consent – allows you to withdraw your consent for personal data processing at any time, based on a written request;
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – allows you to request erasure of your personal data, based on a written request, in case of withdrawal of your consent;
